Mickey Mouse will soon be immortalised in Lego as Steamboat Willie and his boat.

In a ‘Lego Ideas’ competition, Lego fans were asked to come up with new ideas for sets and projects. Many people put forward their ideas, and fans voted on which ones they’d like to see in shops.

Máté Szabó wanted to join Mickey’s 90th birthday celebrations, and came up with the Steamboat Willie set, including the Steamboat Willie boat and Mickey himself, in black and white.

Although there may be changes made to the original project, fans worldwide are excited to see this set on shelves. You might even see them in the Lego Shops at Disney Springs and Disney Village.
