Hong Kong Disneyland was one of the first to re-open, and while Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and other events across Disney parks have been cancelled, Summer Chill is in full swing.
There’ll be exclusive discounts for Hong Kong residents, who will get a free 1-day ticket when they buy 2 before 31st August, and Magic Access holders can bring their friends and family with HK$200 off per guest until 30th September. During these times, they’ll also get a discount on Magic Access annual passes.
More characters will be out and you’ll find Mickey in all kinds of different outfits – Prince Mickey, Explorer Mickey, Celebration Mickey, and Marvel Mickey and might even be lucky enough to join him on some of the rides. Ant-Man and The Wasp, Black Widow, Black Panther, Captain America, Captain Marvel, and Spider-Man will also be making surprise appearances. Your favourite Toy Story characters will be out in Toy Story Land and Mr and Mrs Incredible and Frozone will be zooming around the park on their hoverboards.
All-new foods and drinks will be available this summer, inspired by all of your favourite Disney and Pixar friends, including ‘Rapunzel’s Candied Orange Peel Braided Bread’, ‘Slinky Dog hot dogs’ and more.
You’ll also be able to find exclusive merchandise such as water splash toys, nuiMOs, and plush toys dressed in your favourite outfits. Hong Kong Disneyland exclusive pins, accessories, and jewellery in the form of Olu Mel, the cute sea turtle who plays his ukelele.
Social distancing and other safety measures will still be in place, but the magic of the parks and summer still remains.
