Disney Springs has recently reopened, and we’ve had news that the parks will be opening from 11th July, with new measures of course.
Social distancing is one of the most important aspects of life right now, and with more and more of the world reopening, it’s more important than ever. While most people are adhering to the guidelines to keep themselves and others safe, Disney wants to make sure no one steps out of line.
So, who better to enforce the new social distancing rules than Stormtroopers themselves? The new rules at Disney Springs being enforced currently include temperature checks, wearing masks, physical distancing, and other health regulations from the World Health Organisation. While the Stormtroopers aren’t administering temperature checks, they are patrolling the shopping district, keeping an eye on every move you make.
It’s likely that there will be more Stormtroopers patrolling the parks when they reopen too. For the first few months there will be limited capacity, limited opening hours, and phased park openings, with Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom opening first on 11th July and Epcot and Hollywood Studios on 15th July.
Will you be heading back under the safety of the Stormtroopers? Or will you be waiting to be on the safe side?
